皮埃爾·德福安，馬達里亞加歐洲學院基金會執行主任，歐洲學院歐洲貿易政策講師，巴黎政治學院經濟學講師。曾任歐洲委員會南北關系中心主任、歐洲委員會副主席。主要研究國際經濟政策、政治經濟學、歐洲與發展中國家關系。
Pierre Defraigne, Executive Director of the Madariaga College of Europe Foundation, Lecturer in European Trade Policy at the College of Europe and in economics at Science-Po, former Director for North-South Relations, Vice-President of the European Commission. Research fields: international economic policies, political economy and relations with developing countries.
馬丁·雅克，英國記者、學者。倫敦政治經濟學院亞洲研究中心客座研究員。《泰晤士報》、《星期日泰晤士報》、《衛報》和《新政治家》專欄作家。著有《當中國統治世界:中國的崛起和西方世界的衰落》。
Martin Jacques, a British journalist and scholar, Visiting Fellow at Asia Research Centre of the London School of Economics and Political Science. Columnist for The Times and The Sunday Times, The Guardian and New Statesman.He authored When China Rules the World: The Rise of the Middle Kingdom and the End of the Western World.
